Payment information may be processed directly by authorized payment service providers. InOrbit X may not directly store complete payment card information where payments are handled by such providers.

Insurance and Healthcare Information

Where InOrbit X provides technology or embedded operational services to authorized insurance or healthcare organizations, information processed through those services may include policy information, member information, claims information, medical declarations, healthcare information and other information necessary to provide the relevant service. Such information will be processed subject to applicable laws, contractual requirements, access controls and the instructions of the relevant client or data controller.

Technical Information

IP address, browser and device information, operating system, login and authentication records, website usage information, cookies and similar technologies, security logs, and audit trails.

Recruitment Information

Important Notice: Unless specifically authorized and legally permitted, automated technologies should not be treated as replacing decisions that applicable law, regulation or contractual arrangements require to be made by an authorized insurer, healthcare professional, financial institution or other responsible party.
